Colfosco, Alta Badia, Italy
In the heart of the Dolomites—a UNESCO World Heritage mountain range—this retreat blends daily yoga, guided hikes, and epic biking excursions with meaningful connection and slow-paced immersion in one of Europe’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Wake with wonder, nourish your body with seasonal alpine cuisine, and spend your days exploring dramatic terrain—all while supported by community and the structure of daily practice.
Two Guided Hikes in the Dolomites
Spend two of the days hiking in the Alta Badia area of the Dolomites, known for its amazing views and mountain Refugios. Explore world-renowned alpine trails through towering peaks, rolling meadows, and panoramic ridgelines. Routes are thoughtfully chosen to balance challenge and accessibility.
An Epic e-Mountain Bike Journey
The fairytale-like route through the meadows and woods above the village of San Cassiano leads to the enchanting Pralongià plateau, which offers a 360° panorama of the surrounding Dolomite peaks, such as Conturines, Settsass, Marmolada, Sella, Sassongher and Gardenaccia. Furthermore, thanks to a small extension you can reach the summit of Piz de Störes.
Daily Yoga Practice
Two intentional practices each day; an energizing morning practice and a slower, restorative evening session—designed to support recovery, mobility, and presence.
Alpine Wellness + Restoration
Unwind with access to spa facilities including pools, saunas, and relaxation areas, ideal for recovery after active days in the mountains.
Delicious Food
Delicious buffet breakfast and plated dinner daily. The kitchen's philosophy is centered on combining the pleasure of fine dining with warm hospitality. So, every dish is made with respect for tradition and a bit of creativity, in carefully designed spaces where taste meets comfort and the art of living well.
This retreat is about finding balance between effort and ease.
Move. Breathe deeply. Rest well.

Hi, I am Willis!
Since a very young age, Willis has been drawn to movement — the freedom, joy, and sense of peace it offers.
He began dancing at 10, earned a BFA in Dance Performance from SMU, and went on to perform professionally in New York City and Las Vegas with the Metropolitan Opera, The Chase Brock Experience, and Cirque du Soleil.
He found yoga in 2009 while navigating the demands of a professional dance career, and it was a game changer. In 2014, following the passing of his beloved mother, he left his dance career and dove heart first into teaching — completing his 200-hour training with Anna Laurita, his 300-hour with Noah Mazé, and later studying Katonah Yoga under Nevine Michaan and Abbie Galvin. He now serves as a mentor with the Katonah Yoga Center.
In 2022, he founded Flying Heart Yoga in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which is a space dedicated to communal practice, education, and self-cultivation. He leads classes, workshops, and retreats internationally, and is the founder of Flying Heart Retreats.
Willis believes yoga offers a powerful opportunity to inhabit the body, mediate our circumstances, and expand into our full potential. His classes are grounding and exploratory, rooted in breath, meditation, and thoughtful movement — held in a space that welcomes curiosity, depth, and self-discovery.
